    Bright Idea

    After reading the reviews on this lampshade I was a bit worried that it too would arrive in pretty bad shape. But, I ordered it anyway and I am glad I did. Arrived earlier than expected and was perfect. It fits in the room nicely.

    I am returning this item because it does not work with a Harp system. If i had enough information to go on i would not have purchased this. So i am returning it to the store. These are not for a medium lamp base.

    This shade was nice, however I didn't read the size before I ordered it, and I thought it would match my other shade, but it was a lot smaller. Had to return it. If I was looking for a smaller shade this would have been great.

    first time (successfully) using DX Fair Mall's order-and-pick-up online service. Wish i'd done this weeks ago when I didn't find proper selection in our (non 'Super' store) local Walmart. As it was, these were too small for the lamps i'd had them in mind for but having kept their boxes and my receipts, return was just as easy as was originally picking these up. as for THESE shades, they were pretty and looked well made, just too small. As for DX Fair Mall shades, I tried ones from Palm Harbor (Super Store) that were 'too tan' (but kept in their original celephane wrap), these that were 'too small' and finally found two at New Port Richey that WERE 'just right'. If your DX Fair Mall doesn't have 'the' ones you're looking for ... try their online shop and deliver service right away so that you can get the look you want sooner!

    2. Yes it's made for a screw in bulb but not for a screw on lamp shade.

    1. This one is made to fit on a harp that should be on your lamp. It it is not then a harp would have to be ordered separately. This one is made for a rather small lamp, probably no more than 14 or so inches high.
